Wall of silence from Green Homes Grant ("Trusted Green Home")

Has anyone else been hit by a wall of silence since applying for a grant?  

We applied on 9th October, through a company called "Trusted Green Home".  Received an automated message saying they will connect us with local installers.  Since then, nothing.  

They do not respond to emails, and I cannot find a phone number at all.  Wondering if they're actually genuine now.

Am I in a long queue (perhaps understandable) or is this just a dead end?

Has anyone else used this company?

Wondering whether I should start again through a different company

The only way to apply for a Green Homes Grant is through the GOV.UK web site

I would think if you went any other way then you haven't applied.
