Wallis - Incomplete Delivery of an Online Order & How Can I Get a Refund?

Hi, I placed an online order with Wallis on 24th November for 8 items in their Black Friday promotion, and a parcel arrived on 27th November, but the parcel bag was taped up rather than 'sealed' as they usually are (so I took photos as a precaution), and I found it contained only one of the items ordered.  I wasn't sure if this was a partial delivery because some of Arcadia's companies don't include delivery notes in their parcels anymore, and it wasn't clear from the order tracking in my Wallis account.  I waited over another week in just case they were busy as a result of the Black Friday weekend, but another parcel didn't arrive.  I checked my bank statement and the full order amount of £211 (paid on my debit card) was paid to Wallis on 27th November, so it became clear they thought the full order had already been fulfilled.  I sent Wallis a message/email through the 'contact us' form on their help page last week, explaining the full order hadn't been delivered and asking them to investigate.  I have not had any acknowledgement they have received this enquiry, or any other response, so far and I'm wondering what to do next.  Also, will the fact they have now gone into administration affect me from getting any action from Wallis and/or if I'll ever be able to get a refund for the missing items?  Is there any point in contacting Hermes because they have actually delivered a parcel, and my contract for the goods is with Wallis? Any advice on how to proceed, etc would be much appreciated; thank you.
