You know you should email them first - urgently - to see if they will agree to set aside with consent (and NO THAT DOES NOT MEAN PAYING THEM, EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU IT DOES).
The above is what I told you to do. It echoes the advice on every set aside thread, as explained by @henrik777 dozens of times.
Read other CEL CCJ threads. CEL is Civil Enforcement and we have so many threads setting aside their pathetic CCJs that it is boring for us but useful for you to read them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
