PCN court action

I am being taken to court for not paying a pcn I am the owner of the car but wasn’t the driver and never received a ticket just a letter saying I owe £160 for not paying I told them that it wasn’t me but my son and yet they have still chased me for the money and now I am at the mediation stage can anyone help and roughly how much will I have to pay if it goes to court also can I get witness statements to prove it wasn’t me or do I have to take the witnesses with me ?? Please help getting very stressed and worried

Not being the driver may not help you if the parking company complied with the law called POFA , enacted 8 years ago

It's as keeper that the court claim was issued , nothing to do with ownership !! nobody cares who owns it

We don't know who the parking company are

We do not know if their PCN complied with POFA , or not

We haven't seen your defence

We have not seen the signage or bay markings

We have not seen the landowner contract

We do not know the total amount claimed , or how it is made up ?

So with so little information , the answer is no , Nobody can assist due to too little information
