I have ordered some marine collagen capsules  a pack of 6 for £119, so not a small amount of money to be out of pocket. This Co has really good reviews for their various product. It is now more than 2 weeks since I ordered these and still not arrived. Impossible to get in touch with them. Did manage eventually to send an email to Co called Pura Life, they came back to say they don't sell this product !!!  Seems  as though I ordered via Pura Life Labs, bot confusing, but I cannot get an email to successfully go through as saying it is invalid. I do think this Co.is reputable but cannot fathom out why I havn't received my order. If no.progress guess will have to raise a chargeback but that will not be straightforward. Will wait another few days before admitting defeat, so frustrating.

What timescales do they give for delivery? Some do say allow up to 28 days. Plus the post is all over the place at the moment.
