I had bought wrong item.from Lidl and needed an exchange but didn't have receipt.Cashier told me I needed to speak.to Customer Services who would trace.my transaction, i knew time and date. They would give me a ref to take back into.store so they could do exchange.. I rang Customer Services and spoke to a young lady called Dawn. I.must say I have never found a more helpful person than Dawn. She said store had given me wrong info and if I held on she would ring store.manager, which she did. I then went back into store and item was exchanged immediately. I did tell store how helpful Dawn had been, she is indeed a credit to Lidl
