  • I bought a hoover online from Currys on 20/ll/2020. I paid mainly by E voucher and the rest through Paypal. Everything went through
ok and we received the confirmation back from them saying it would be delivered by the 26th. When nothing arrived I rang them. Since then I have had every excuse not to refund me. I was told that the Paypal payment didn't go through but no reason why, the funds were there. Then after weeks of trying to get the E voucher back I've been told that didn't go through either. But once we ordered the hoover online and typed in the voucher number we threw the card away as we received the invoice from them and all was ok. So now they won't issue a new Evoucher as the one we used are to them, still live. Why the transaction didn't go through no one can tell me and no one notified me either. It was a problem their end and now we've lost all this money on the E voucher.
    Any ideas please?
