Does anyone know what a defects letter from the council would cover? I was told that one was sent to my neighbour in respect of fixing a wall that is need of repair as it is a danger.

Would probably make more sense to add this to your previous thread which has more info:

So in the last 4 days since your previous post, not only have you got the council involved but they've been to visit, assessed, and sent a defects letter????

Sorry that I bothered asking. Clearly this isn’t a welcoming site. It is what it is. They said they sent a defects letter. Why would I make this up?

I’ve tried deleting my threads but with no luck. Also I can’t work out how to ask the administrator to delete them. Any advice on doing this would be greatly appreciated. I just deeply regret looking for help on this forum.0
