So thought I would give you all the final update....
So I started of with standard rate daily living and standard rate mobility. With my review I got this taken off me in December and scored zero on everything. With help and advice I sent off for a mandatory reconsideration. They then award me standard daily living, no mobility. As my conditions are worse than when I first claimed I didn't think this was fair. I appealed, sent off the online form with all my evidence and statements to tribunal.
Well today I got a call from pip out of the blue. They received the information from the tribunal (sent around 2/3 weeks ago) on looking at it again they have decided to award me advanced daily living and advanced mobility backdated from the 2nd of December and for the next 3 years! No need to go to a tribunal!
All I can say is thank you all for your advice, and advice to anyone... stick with it, if you think it's wrong appeal. I can say from experience it Is worth it... a lot of stress and everything but I came out with more than what I originally even wanted.8 -

Congratulations on your result.
Obviously the change in decision may relate to additional information you have provided however, sadly, I suspect it may sometimes just be that a Decision Maker spends more time looking at the claim in the round at this later stage than at the beginning.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
