Does your pension not come out before the £1500 net pay? The TV licence should be £13 so you should have a small surplus but the interest rates are high on your cards. I would consider a DMP to get the interest frozen and the payment set at an affordable level. Don't do a secured loan and risk your home. Consolidation rarely works anyway as you need to change your spending habits first.
