Should I be concerned

Our EA last spoke to our buyers last Wednesday. At that point they had not had their survey results or received local authority searches. Their solicitor is now in receipt of searches but since Wednesday the EA can’t get in touch with buyer despite calling, email and texting. EA tried again today and has still had no luck. Should I be concerned? I’m not sure how else to reach out to buyers. Should I try and go through solicitors? Should I ask EA to get in touch with the EA they are selling through?

What do you need to 'reach out' to them about?Leave them be. Does not sound as if it's been that long since sale agreed.Be patient.1

Sale was agreed in first week of October. We are nearing the end and hoping to exchange and complete 2nd week of Jan. the buyers survey report is the only thing outstanding. Even if they needed time to look over report or get quotes for work that had been suggested I would hope they would share this with the estate agent. At present it just feels like they are ignoring her calls and messages.greatcrested said:What do you need to 'reach out' to them about?Leave them be.
