Yep, I agree it is the claimant and I wonder just how much of "a problem" it really is. I didn't mention an on-line forum! It's more you didn't mention the option of a download link - only the durable medium such as a usb stick.1

What is the file format of the vids you provided? It could be that they cannot play vids of that format (if they do not have a CODEC). Also possible that they can't read the disk due to type of DVD or a fault (unfortunately the surface of writable disks is easily damaged).
I think you should try and upload them as others have suggested. What would you do if a company sent you a disk that you couldn't do anything with?

They stated they were written as dvds so presumably standard dvd video book, but you can do things that some players don't like - for example if you write but leave the disc "open" pcs and more recent players will play it, however older ones may not.0
