ThNks for your replies. I don’t get tax credits at all now that was an old debt from last year. Will they try and chase me for the  full amount after 12 months? This is extremely worrying. I just want to relax but it’s hanging over me😪

Do you get any DWP benefit, like Universal Credit?

Can you check what you agreed to? Was it specifically 'a penalty under section 115A of the Social Security Administration Act '

Look, the worst case is that you did agree to one of these and have to pay that debt back after the DRO finishes. I have one client who pays their debt off at £5 per month. It's not a big deal.

I have no idea but I know I haven’t been accused of fraud.
I showed payplan this letter and he wasn’t fussed by it and entered it into my DRO.
honestly I’m still so stressed out😩

Hi - It doesn't stop the debt being a qualifying debt so it goes in the DRO
Now that letter does not look like an administrative penalty to me

I have had some treatment myself for anxiety this year (well it's been that sort of year) and what I've noted is that the things I am anxious about never come to be a problem, and the problems I have had I couldn't have seen coming if I tried.

So no I can't see anything to worry about.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply and ease my anxiety. I have hidden from my debts for too long and they spiralled. I’m so proud that I took the steps to do a DRO it was difficult as I am scared talking to people on the phone but I have to say the 2 people I was dealing with at PayPlan were just simply amazing!!!!!!

    Thanks again
