NHS Southmead hospital Bristol - massive praise and an apology

I spent 3 days in Southmead Hospital last week. I was pretty rough but was incredibly well looked after by very professional staff who were polite and helpful at all times. In these difficult times I cannot praise them enough. I offer my most sincere thanks for a job well done to everyone working in Southmead hospital. Thankyou.

Then I did something so unbelievably stupid I let everyone down.
I was so pleased to be getting out I walked onto a lift that already had 4 people on it, it was far too crowded. I apologised to those in the lift who all said it was alright, but they looked pretty annoyed and clearly it wasn't alright. To them and everyone else working or visiting Southmead I apologise. I'm not someone who doesn't care but it was thoughtless of me to endanger others like that. I can only offer a public apology and promise that it won't happen again.
