UKPC fine whether to pay

Options
Hi i've received a windscreen fine from UKPC. Do I have to pay? Can they get my address from DVLA? The fine was for not being parked in bay correctly as I was over the white lines. Must admit didn't realise you could be fined for this, but don't think was my fault as there was a car next to me parked the same, but that had gone when i came back to car and I was being issued with a fine

The Keeper appeals as advised above. The Driver is not involved and needs to sit in the corner, on their hands, with their mouth taped shut.

Come on,  wise up, they are fishing for the driver before they give up and cancel it.

That letter says if they don't hear from you, then they'll send a POPLA code.  What do you THINK You should do, given that's what you want?
