I'd go as far as saying, it's the norm, and the very subject which fires me up every time - when did companies, especially large ones, decide it was time to cut it from their business model ????😡

Joking aside the shoddy service of others is what makes those with good service stand out and become part of their business model

I'm sure we could all name some large & small firms that do this by design and general attitude, thus get returning customers and "word of mouth" recs on forums such as this

I spent over £150 with Jackson's Nurseries this time last year and received two oaks with severely damaged roots that cost about half the total. When I complained, with photos, I got a very condescending reply which will form the basis for a future thread if I don't receive satisfaction now it's been confirmed by the recipient that both didn't even shoot in springtime.

So..... look out Jacksons, especially if you Google youselves, as you should!
