Financial connection

Had a question about financial connections, not sure if anyone can help answer this.
If I check the MSE credit club (Experian) or Credit Karma (Transunion) credit reports, then I have a financial connection with my partner, as we have a joint current account with Halifax. If I check Clearsore (Equifax), they report no such financial connection. OK, that's not an issue and doesn't really bother me. However, if I (we) look at my partner's Clearsocre report, he has a fnancial connection to his previous partner, but said partner has been dead for over 11 years. So, the question is, how long do Equifax report financial connections after someone has died? Again, it's not really an issue, I'm just curious.

Until the association is broken. He just needs to let them know.0

But none of his accounts are linked with the deceased (though they would have held old, long since closed accounts together). I'm wondering whether it might have been mortgage related, but the mortgage has been in his sole name since mid-2010. The Transunion and Experian reports show where that financial connection has been reported (i.e. which account links the parties). The Clearscore/Equifax just says that there is a financial connection, not where it's been reported from. Should one have to tell them, when there doesn't appear to be a link anywhere?0

The link remains post joint accounts.
He just needs to tell them to remove it.0 -
I've done a little further digging based on your response @Deleted_User (thanks). So looking at the report from Equifax themselves, not through Clearscore, we can see which account linked them financially. It was a personal finance account, but shows last updated in October 2008. I guess the only way to get it cleared is to contact Equifax (if he wants to), as he certainly has no association with the company the finance was from.0

Well, that was painless. He raised a case with Equifax on Saturday, and today they have marked the case resolved and removed the financial connection to his deceased partner.0
