Has anyone else having a problem with this. I tried to open it today and it's saying I must update to a new version but the new version says it is not compatible with my device. I am really regretting switching to them if I have to use the website for online banking as it's an absolute pain which is why I was using the app.

What device are you using? The iPhone version has last been updated 3 weeks ago and is working fine for me.

As above what device & O/S version are you running.
As often older devices & software versions stop being supported as they are no longer supported by Apple/Google for security updates.Life in the slow lane0 -
It's a Huawei tablet. I checked the android version which is 8 so should be OK.0

Was the app downloaded from Huawei App Gallery or Google Play Store?
Shouldn't be a difference, however, you never know.0 -
