Surface Coming Away From Kitchen Unit

The coloured skin is coming away from the chipboard carcase of a kitchen unit. Can anyone suggest what adhesive is best to use please? As you can see from the blurry photo it is still partly attached. I think using the kettle below it has caused it or at least not helped so I have moved that away from cupboards.

A contact adhesive such as evo stick would be my preferred option1

I used spray on carpet adhesive for a similar problem. Just happened to have some handy and it worked a treat.1
