Can anyone recommend one of those smart door bells with a video? So I can see who is at the door? At the moment finding it harder to hear the bell as we get older
I don't want to spend a fortune. I have an apple iphone so would like to use that. Thanks for advice.

I have had a Ring doorbell for a couple of years, love it. Added a couple of spotlight cameras this year. They work fine with Apple devices.1

We've got a Ring doorbell Pro, and the rear spotlight camera covering the garden too. They're good, others will say they are expensive but you can often get one (maybe a slightly older model) on offer, few guys from work got them on Black Friday.I love mine, I can answer the doorbell from work on my iphone if the other half is out with the dog etc - plus it will alert you if anyone ventures onto your driveway or in the garden etc.Only downside, is the dog knows the 'motion alert' sound so every saturday evening about 6pm she knows when the take-away delivery guy is coming!!2

Unfortunately, right now isn't the best time to buy them as they're all pretty much back to full price, they tend to get heavily discounted during the Black Friday sales which have come and gone but if you can wait until Xmas they should be back on sale at Amazon again no doubt.1 -
There are extra loud doorbells available.

I think Eufy are the best. main selling point is there is no subscription (like ring and nest), all your videos are stored on the base station. App is really easy to use you can customise the notifications, even choose to be notified only if activity happens in a certain part of the cameras view.
I have the 2K battery version, connected to the mains so no batteries to charge but if that isn't possible they do work on the battery for upto 6 months. have been as low as £125 on sale, back up to around £150 now1 -
