Trace Debt Recovery emails

Hi,

I posted over a week ago about getting letters from Trace Debt Collection in regards to a PCN at Hayes & harlington.  Now I am getting emails harrasing me to accept this offer:

"The offer we have previously made you is about to expire, please contact TRACE urgently on 01604 968 123 to accept our offer and settle the matter.

You can also make payment using our secure online payment system by visiting www.tracerecovery.co.uk."

Apart from adding this to my foler of evidence, is this normal?  Has anyone else ever received emails like this before?  I'm not even sure how they got my email address.

I am tempted to respond and request that 1) they stop the harassment and 2) just tell them to get PCM Ltd to just take me to court already.
