We bought a set of prints from the Ronnie Wood shop and paid for them by credit card. When we opened the parcel there was a damage to the case and all the contents as though the parcel had been dropped on its corner.
I took photos and sent an email to the site and we had an automated response. The site has now gone offline.
Can anyone please advise as to our rights. The damage means that it is in our eyes worthless.
Thank you

If they arrived damaged you have a right to return them for a refund.
What's the business you bought from, perhaps they've closed? How did you pay?0 -
Credit card. The website and shop have disappeared- it was a genuine site that we have used before.0

Their website being offline doesn't necessarily mean they no longer exist - have you tried contacting them by other methods?0

So not a shady fly-by-night operation. Suspect the domain expiring has just been an admin c0ck-up.
