When I worked in a school a parent took a case out against the school. After just two weeks he realised it would not go well for his child and he tried to stop the case. The no win no fee company billed him for £800 for 'work done so far'. The parent was on benefits and couldn't pay so the case rumbled on and on. Eventually he took out a loan to pay them to close the caseLove living in a village in the country side0
