Credit card action

I just want to thank all who replied to my Virgin issues post. I have sent Virgin a request to continue the account online and for paper statements. Although I agree with the statements about technology, I just feel that it should work for us, not the other way round. Virgin are only taking this action because it suits them, not their customers! I live 'out in the sticks' and often all devices fail to receive signals.

If wishing to comment on posts on another thread and thank the posters concerned, it would seem more obvious to do so on that thread itself rather than starting another one! If you're perhaps unsure of how to find it again, it's currently still on the first page at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/credit-cards2
