Hi,
Today I received a council PCN for parking on a single yellow line during the restricted hours. I was parked for less then a minute and the fine is £110. The start and end time on the ticket show the same time 9.17am so is proof that I was away from vehicle for less the 1 minute. I was not on a main road and was not causing any blockage to traffic.
Is it worth me trying to appeal this somewhat excessive fine?

No fine is 110 before discount. So it should be 55

You have omitted so much detail it is impossible to advise. Who issued the ticket? If it was a private parking company please read the newbies. If not please repost on peppipoo.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

If it's Code 01 then you shouldn't have got a PCN because you are allowed to stop on DYL as long as there were no kerb blips.
