I don't have travel insurance, bought flights to Tenerife on credit card.(Ryanair and jet2)
Can I get a refund? I bought flexi tickets so I can move it but given the uncertainty I'd rather just get a refund.
Thanks0 -
You don't say when you were/are due to travel. What do Ryanair and Jet2 say about refunds?ETA:You might find this MSE article of interest:It mentions Jet2.

Thanks Pollycat.
We are due to fly out 5th Jan with Ryanair and return 10th Jan with Jet2.
Manchester to Tenerife South.
From the link you provided it seems that they expect flights to certain destinations to be canceled but that isn't clear. Also what about the return flight, technically that hasn't/doesn't look like it will be canceled even if the outbound flight is? So confused.0 -
It's a very fluid situation.A few days ago, people in England were planning on having a 5 day Christmas and London was in Tier 2...I think things aren't clear because there is no clarity in this fast changing situation. For anybody. And airlines are having to deal with things totally outside their control.Anything can happen between now and 2 weeks time.I guess all you can do is check airline websites, the MSE article and the media on a regular basis.2
