Hi everyone, Has anyone had any contact with TTI finance at all? Their website is dodgy, the email for UK customers gets bounced back and when I do a search from the online all I get is the company trading under TTI finance went into liquidation in 2018. I'm trying to get my finances in order, I have a pretty rubbish credit file but have been able to pay some debts off with my inheritance (thanks mum) I had a loan with Sainsburys in 2017, I defaulted and TTI finance bought it ( I think anyway). However I can't get hold of them to either pay it or come up with a payment plan, they're not even listed on the Equifax creditors contacts? If anyone has any ideas that would be great, Thank you

If you're not sure who owns the debt, you need to find out, Who does the creditor show as on your credit files?
Remember that Equifax are not the only CRA.0 -
Usually the new owners will write to you, if they don’t, and they have gone into receivership, then you will have to wait until their loan book is sold, and whoever buys it will contact you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. A quick search of the FCA register returns no results, so suggests that their website is a load of porkies -

Definitely wait until someone writes to you, a company that is not FCA registered cannot act as a debt collection agency.

TTI SPC usually buy insolvency debts. They do have a UK office but I agree to wait till someone writes.0
