Hi All,
Does anyone know the current wait times for land registration? I purchased a piece of land from Taylor Wimpy on the 16th of October. I have chased my solictor as Land register still hasn’t been update he says they have a back log, however as time goes on I’m getting quite concerned.

Probably still going to be months. Nothing to be worried about.

Depends what type of purchase it was (straightforward transfer of an existing title, transfer of part, new registration...).
We completed the purchase of our current house in November last year. Land Registry was updated a few weeks back - took almost exactly a year. It was a transfer of part and creation of new title though.0 -
if you if you bought a piece of land from a larger TW title then the wait t8me will be several months
But if you completed and bought using a conveyancer then there’s nothing obvious to worry about. We do have a backlog of that type of work so just wait to hear from your conveyancer once it’s been done“Official Company Representative
