I wanted to know once i've paid off my credit card debt would the company be obligated to reinstate my credit card still having the same credit spending limit ?

No, they're no obligated to reinstate it. A card can be withdrawn at any time.1

Why was it initially suspended - at your request? Or through some payment difficulties?
