Jaja problem

Options
I have just read a number of posts re: Jaja Credit. I add another. When my account was transferred from Post Office to Jaja credit card there was a balance of nearly £ 1500 which remained interest free until December 1 this year.
To ensure payment was received by this date I made a money transfer from by bank which was shown as a debit there on November 23.   Jaja have not yet received my payment (Dec 9th) and after three phone calls ( the only way to contact them) they state that they are still trying to trace the payment. My bank has confirmed that the account and sort code for the transfer was correct.
After my latest futile phone call today I saw on the Jaja webesite a supposed link to make an emeail complaint. Allt this did however was to refer me back to their one and only customer service telephone line from which I had jjust hung up

  • I find a good e-mail address for them is:
    hello@jaja.co.uk
At least I got a response from them by using it, much better than hanging on the phone listening to that awful muzak!
They still haven't closed my account though - so will probably end up making a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman about them. Their administration really is awful - along with everything Jaja related.
  • Yet another negative post re JAJA
I was a Post Office card holder for many years without any serious issues. Having recently moved to JAJA they have given me far more issues than I have had with ALL my other cards put together over more than 25 years. They have mislaid my payment of £400 despite me providing proof and account details that I paid on 24 November. I raised this issue on 5 December and have heard nothing. I have also sent 2 recorded delivery letters (at a cost to me) and still it remains unresolved. I spent another 25 minutes on the phone this morning, was promised a call back from a @Manager' by midday but, of course, they haven't got back to me.  JAJA are totally incompetent and should not be trusted with finance matters. My concern is that their absolute incompetence will affect my credit rating.
Thanks for the email address I will give that a shot too.

Is it possible to use moneysaving expert.com to raise this as matter of priority with the Financial Ombudsman before JAJA completely lose it??
