The first Gleam entry is a little misleading.
It says 'Follow Predator UK' on Instagram, suggesting you need an Instagram account, but when you click on it, the action is simply 'visit this page' which doesn't need an account.  Visiting the page then opens the other 5 entry routes (2 Twitter, 1 for secret code, 1 visit Youtube, 1 sharing)
I guess it's possible they might not count your entry if selected as a winner from this entry if you haven't followed them, but if you want access to the other entries, perhaps worth that risk.
