Ikea microwave problem

I have an integrated microwave fitted by IKEA kitchens. The light has stopped working. It is covered by warranty but I can't get any help from IKEA. I have no idea how to sort it. No replies from customer service by email, and no phone contact. I know there are a lot of people in worse position but I just need a bit of advice. Can I get a bulb or how to sort it.

Does the manual have a part number or fitting instructions? Replacing a bulb in a conventional oven is very simple and a bulb costs a couple of quid from Wilko or online, so you may find it's simpler to just DIY if it's possible on an integrated microwave.1

The bulbs in microwaves are usually behind a small plastic window which is designed to be removed, the blubs are standard sizes that can be ordered online for a few pounds at most. In all likelihood the bulb will not be covered by the warranty, just as the bulb in an over or fridge is also not covered so it will be down to you to sort it out.2

Can't see any hints in the instruction manual about bulb replacement, but note:
"What is not covered under this guarantee?...Consumable parts including batteries and lamps"

This is for a different model (I think) but the last time I had to replace a bulb on my non-built-in microwave I had to take the case off, so it is probably the same.

Depends if the bulb is considered a "user replaceable consumable" -- if so, there will be instructions in the manual, and some kind of panel/cover/catflap that you can open to access the bulb requiring no more than a screwdriver.
If however there is no mention of bulb changing, no obvious way to get to it, then @Spank's method of having to open the main case would work, but I would argue that that makes the bulb *not* a consumable, as you are clearly not intended to change it. "No User Serviceable Parts" and all that.
Much like older tools that had access to change the carbon brushes, and even had spares thrown in the box for free -- nowadays the brushes are often internal, non-replaceable, and requests for spares met with a "It would be illegal to sell you those, and illegal to let you replace them" mindset.

Reading the manual it says not to try and repair any part not explained in the manual yet it says bulbs are not covered by warranty. So what to do. So if you repair it then you invalidate your warranty.0
