Garmin gps unit repair; Anyone heard of this company (my Garmin’s gone missing!!)??

Hi Everyone,
The wife bought me a brand new Garmin Edge 520 Plus cycling gps computer for my 40th a few months back. Fourth bike ride out with it and I cracked the screen whilst out on a bike ride!
I posted it (Royal Mail, 1st Class, Recorded) down to a company called Nutzz Electronics almost a month ago. Before sending it I saw decent Google reviews and they’d also emailed me a quote, so I was confident enough to post it down for repair. However, since posting it to them on 16th November I’ve heard nothing back from them! Their phone number on their site doesn’t exist, no response from my emails or online request forms!
Anyone heard of them or have any experience from them before!? The Garmin was signed for at their address, so I’m assuming no fault on Royal Mail’s behalf!? Gutted and a tad frustrated, and now “Garminless” too!! Does anyone have experience of what rights I would have as a (potential) consumer? Or is this just a case of bad luck as it looks like the repair company do not exist anymore!?
Thanks in advance.
Ross

It looks like a one man band operation - have you tried writing to their address? You're saying the mobile number doesn't work? Is the address on the website the address you've sent it to? Google maps indicates it's a residential address, probably the person that's running the operation. There's a link for repair status - do you have any emails giving any reference numbers that you can put in?
That's the email address you've used? contact@nutzzelectronics.co.ukHindsight is a wonderful thing - but there's enough red flags from looking at this website that would ensure I didn't personally send anything to them - but that's by the by.
You could try putting something in writing via recorded delivery to start with to ask for the return of your unit - repaired or not.0 -
If you DO get it back, unrepaired, I would recommend sending it to Garmin for repair. Their customer service is excellent.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Have you tried 01604 458339 from their facebook page, but it has had not posts on it since 2018, although I guess your is the last one.
Correspondence address from Companies house is the same as on their website.9 Rillwood Court, Northampton, England, NN3 8JA

@born_again Yeah, tried the landline number too - straight to engaged tone all the time.
Strange thing is, my mate sent a dummy email to them asking if they could repair his “broken Garmin”, they emailed the next day asking which model it was!! 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️0 -
So so do the same. Contact them with an enquiry and once they engage, ask about your current item.0
