THANK YOU for the advice on the forum for newbies like me. I received a PCN as RK, followed your Plan A and contacted Tesco customer services and then the CEO's office; neither would help despite evidence to show purchases had been made in store by the driver at that time. I then followed your Plan B and tweaked the template letter and have finally received an email from APCOA saying the PCN has been cancelled. Thank you very much for your help!

Very well done. Shame on Tesco for their customer-alienating approach. Why not write to the CEO, outlining their less than helpful response, enclose your Tesco loyalty card, chopped up, and tell him you're off somewhere else!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
