I will add this to my defence and email across as described in the newbie thread. This forum is such a great help.
Will update the thread regarding any further outcomes.

Happy New Year everyone
Just a quick update to report I have received a letter from BW legal titled "Notice of Intention to Proceed" stating that they are confident the courts will find in there clients favour etc. Again appears to be another attempt at intimidation directing me to pay in full or setup a payment plan to pay the full amount in installments.
I am yet to receive anything further from the CCBC other than a letter to acknowledge receipt of my defence and if I look on the MCOL portal last notification is also the receipt of defence.
Those with experience do you think this is one last desperate attempt to intimidate me into paying the full amount? Or do you think they actually intend to proceed? Is there anything I should be doing in the meantime?
Thanks for any responses in advance.0 -
It's their typical let's scare the defendant letter , sent out in every case , no Biggie
The CCBC send an email acknowledgment when you submitted your defence by email , then eventually they record it on the claim history
The CCBC do not send a DQ out until the claimant tells them to proceed , so they received a similar letter , or will do
Wait until your claim history shows that the CCBC have posted a DQ , then do that by email too
It's a long drawn out process , detailed in the newbies FAQ sticky thread post 2 , so progressing slowly but as expected2 -
Look on MCOL, and keep looking there. It tells you when they send the DQ out.3
