Damp around front door - pics

There seems to be a crack between the PVC of our front door and the wall and I’ve noticed that damp is coming through inside around the door frame causing some mold. What kind of filler do I need on the inside and outside to stop this from happening and do I need to remove the sealant that’s already on the inside before I add more? I’ve also noticed some discolouring around the sealant of the windows.

What's on the outside of that?
Guttering downpipe? Just the external wall? A garden with soil / plants right up to it?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Just external wall no down pipe and it’s a driveway. It’s only got bad in the last couple of weeks with all the rain (only moved in a month ago)0
