Credit Club Experian Access

I am new to using credit scores. Joined credit club in September 2020. I have so far read reports for September and October. Now when I log in my account says "Next update due 3rd October". When I select the Credit report tab ,I get the message "Credit Report Failed", I have tried for several times a day for days but get the same message.

How can I get access to my free monthly report?

Have you tried contacting Credit Club first?0

Contact credit club as they may be able to advise. Otherwise some on the forums have reported success by deleting their accounts and re-registering - the only downside is that you lose access to previous reports so make sure to save copies before you do that. Otherwise you can request a statutory report directly from Experian - this is free and will contain the same data as shown on the MSE credit club page.
Also make sure you check your data with the two other CRAs - Equifax (Clearscore) and TransUnion (Credit Karma).0 -
Try re joining with a different email address. It will still access your (only) Experian report.0
