NSI system STILL not working

Just tried to withdraw money today and the system is still not working. It failed at the automatic phone call where you are supposed to enter a code. My mobile rings then when I answer it, there is an ominous red exclamation mark and the call drops. When you try to cancel the on line transaction it fails. Then unable to log back in, it takes you to the previous security page where it sends a code. After 4 attempts your account is suspended. Tried to log in via phone and it failed then fortunately managed to log in via my tablet. Back to the standard screen and entered a landline which worked.
