TfL SMS ignored

I read in "Metro" (London free morning rag), on theTfL Propaganda Page, that Transport for London offers a downloadable Tube map for use on smartphones. Just text "TfL" to some number, and they'll SMS back some instructions. So I did that, but received no response.
That's 12 pee down the drain. This annoys me. Does anyone have any suggestions of wildly disproportionate action I should take?
