Could HSBC be the worst high street bank right now?

been with them since Midland Bank days and never had a problem with the slight exception that their banking app does not like switching between wifi and 4G when signing on via fingerprint and can get itself in a muddle needing phone to be rebooted.
also have accounts with Nationwide (for the 5% interest) and Virgin and prefer HSBC to both of them.
The Virgin acc will be transferred when the switching offers come back but at the moment only holds £1000 for the 2% interest.Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0 -
