The decision on whether you are disabled for employment purposes will only be determined by a tribunal, not NHS or your lawyer,

The previous, and occupational health, can offer their opinion, ultimately the outcome rests with an ET.

Agreed it is harming me what has happened. So difficult to let this one go.
From what you have posted on here it seems that it is you own actions that are harming you, not those of your employer.
No its the actions of the employer that have damaged my health looking at the evidence which I can't put on here which nobody here has seen. The subsequent pain of course I am feeling but its manageable. End of the day I will get what I want and then I'll move on. The employer has very much been losing out for over 3 years here. Absenteeism, inefficiency in the team, poor reputational inside and out, Financial loss, Legal risk.
I think its best to leave this one here. I have what I need now. Appreciated for all comments.
    Highly unlikely IMO

1.) 2018 I am off sick from work and notify employer I may have a serious health condition
2.) Short time after I am called whilst sick and told that I will be made redundant or moved to another office miles away. No other person in my team has these possibilities communicated to them as far as I am aware.
3.) I tell employer I am now deemed disabled by NHS.
4.) HR block the redundancy attempt / relocation
5.) I am back at work since July 2018 and in rehabilitation after which I will lodge a formal grievance relating to unsafe working conditions / bullying / toxic environment which led to my illness. I will do this in March / April 21. I would like to raise this point about discrimination at this time noting that it doesn't have much value given the amount of time elapsed. However it is still important to confirm whether it is discrimination as it will be part of overall argument against employer for mistreatment.
Don't think anyone mentioned it but you won't get far with the earlier issue outside the company as that will probably be time barred and it was resolved by the company as you returned to work with adjustments over 2 years ago. Unlikely to hold any weight within the company either as it is so long ago and got fixed and any actions would have been done then as HR got involved.
