Marbles...transferring balance FROM

Hi guys
Weighing up two 0% BT cards.
Has anyone recently transferred a balance from their Marbles Card?
I know not every card provider allows them, meaning you need to do a money transfer instead...which for me would be at a higher rate.
Grateful if anyone knows.
