Damp :(

I was just wondering if anyone could help me.... I have a damp issue in a side extension on what would have previously been an external wall, the damp appears to be in the hollow archway at the base of the wall. The floor seems to be suspended and the floors are not wet (ignore the wet patch on the floor in the pictures I sprayed the floor), there is also concrete up to the skirting boards on the damp area. I just don’t know what to do about it, obviously in the summer it’s not an issue but once it gets colder it seems to get worse....also I’ve got a patch of damp on the same wall but up the top, there seems to be an old pipe of some sort coming out of the roof that doesn’t seem to be in use, the base is covered in moss.... do you think this is causing the leak into the wall, how would I fix this?
Thank you in advance

One first thing to do would be to go outside next time it’s pouring with rain and see if the gutter up at the very top on the main roof is overflowing.
would've . . . could've . . . should've . . .

Could be you don't have a cavity tray, if the damp wall used to an external wall.0
