There is a high level of traffic on this forum,. and as a result some of the replies that are given will be blunt and to the point out of necessity, this should/must not be confused with rudeness.Follow the advice below, from fruitcake, as mentioned its your money if you are happy paying unregulated scammers money that you do not have to , and/or you enjoy playing the victim/poor me card then so be it. You have NOT been advised to pay. The PoPLA decision is not binding on the motorist.
However, it's your money and if you want to pay an unregulated a scammer then it's your money to throw away.
