Could the world baubles be Blue Planet II? and what are the carts with the blue wheels and gold or grain piles on top?

I think the Tarot cards refer to a radio4 programme inspired by the Tarot deck.
Also are the 2 earth baubles just indicating 2? So it is Planet Earth II?
