Hi folks
A friend of mine just moved in to a new property and can't find the manual for the boiler unit.
Can anyone help to identify make and/or model? Thank you

looks like a hive to me, but branded BG looking at the flame in the top right.
according to google it's a NEW British Gas (NDC Code 555053) Single Channel Programmer Type SCT Timeswitch0 -
Thank you fenwick4580

I take it your friend has a separate room thermostat mounted on a wall too? In which case, this is just the programmable timer as Fenwick says.
Is your friend's boiler a combi type? If so, this will almost certainly be single-channel (SCT), but if there is a hot cylinder too, it's more likely to be double-channel (DCP).
Absolute nightmare getting info on these - both BG and Hive seem to deny knowledge of it - but the good news is that it's really intuitive to use; the whole Hive range is brilliantly designed.
'Hive' was developed under British Gas, and I think is still owned by them tho' it looks like a separate company when you search.
