shell energy cashback offer

I took out a shell energy broadband contract at the end of august, I'm sure at the time it was advertised on this site as around £17/month once the "cashback" has been taken into account, but really I pay £25/month direct debit
I don't remember receiving any cashback , how would I have got it so I can check? is there a way of finding the T&C's for the original offer somewhere?
