They are brilliant. On cool spring and autumn mornings when heating isn't on, on cold winter days too they are brilliant for a quick blast of heat while you have a shower and dry your back while you do the restThey warm up a smallish space quickly. If it's a large bathroom maybe something more.
Quick and easy to install and very efficient because it only heats the room when it is actually being used. Have never bothered with UFH in a bathroom because a low-wattage electric system won’t actually heat the room unless left on 24/7 and a towel or bath mat does the same job of keeping feet warm on a tiled floor.1 -
A fan heater is a good idea for quick heat when needed. I think I may need an electric towel rail too as it’ll soon get cold again once the fan heater is off.
Doesn’t help that the main heating isn’t in place or decided yet.
The bathroom hasn’t been included in the electric warm air system so there’s nothing in there.

Just looking at wiring requirements and what’s available. The old wall socket looks like it runs off the ring main as there’s no seperate circuit.
A fused spur could be installed from this for the towel rail which would be 400w or 700w.
The Dimplex heater is either 1kw or 2kw so combined, is under 3kw.
Not sure if an RCD would be needed though.0
