Looking for a decent cooker hood, any recommendations and any discounts for NHS.

We have had a Luxair LA-70-CVD-GL 70cm for four years and are satisfied with it.
It cost about £250 in 2016.
We looked at a lot of options and chose that make and model on looks, specs and reviews.
There is no shortage of other good options so shop around carefully.
I can't advise on NHS discounts.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
Hi
You haven't given a budget or whether you want it to filter or extract so it's a little difficult, but for decent stuff (and modern) it's hard to go wrong with Miele, especially if you want it to last a long time.

You need to look through what's available in the style you require, taking particular note of the amount of air they can move and the noise they make. Other than that there is not much to a cooker hood.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

As above, you need to look and decide the style you're after. There's no point in us specifying a chimney hood for example if you have a cabinet above your hob.0
