Sorry if I have missed this before but is it right that Monzo are now only allowing a max of £250 cash withdrawals every 30 days from UK ATMs???

No, that's not correct, they allow £250 of fee free withdrawals in UK & EEA per rolling 30 days. You will pay a fee if you want to withdraw more in the same 30 day rolling period.1
